Booking Form

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Reservation:
    1. Complete your reservation form online or with your agent and submit online or return to your agent together with a non-refundable 50% of your tour fare. A confirmation booking will be forwarded once your request is accepted.
    2. Final and full payment is due 30 days before departure.
  1. Cancellation:
    1. To be submitted in writing and forwarded to the City Travellers and Tours cc or its Agent
    2. Cancellation attracts the following charges as follows:
      1. 30 days – 25%
      2. 14 days – 50%
      3. 7 days – 100%
  1. Amendments by Us:

    We reserve the right to make minor changes i.e. route or accommodation without prior notification provided we submit to the same quality package. Circumstance beyond our control i.e. weather, war, riot and all similar events, City Travellers and Tours cc will cancel all tours and cannot be held liable or pay any compensation for failing to comply with its contractual obligation. All tours are guaranteed subject to the number of people as stated on the itineraries and should we have to cancel any itinerary other than the above reasons, you will be offered another quality tour package.  If these circumstances force us, we regret that no refunds or compensation for all expenses incurred is due to you as a result.
  1. Client’s Responsibilities:


    1. To arrange for comprehensive travel and medical insurance cover and the validity of your entry documents. City Travellers and Tours cc cannot be held liable for failure on your part to ensure the above.
    2. To advice the company with special requests i.e. food etc. we shall do our best to meet your requirements but we cannot guarantee that it will be provided.
  1. Client’s Participation:


    2. Clients will be requested to set up own tent and or could be assisted, requested to prepare meals, loading and off-loading of baggage and the general smooth running of the tour.
  1. What is included:
    1. Comprehensive Passenger Liability Insurance
    2. All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) except as stated otherwise.
    3. All National Park Entrance Fees
    4. Camping equipment and gears
    5. All fees for activities offered except as stated otherwise.
  1. What is excluded:


    2. Air travel and airport taxes, visas, personal travel insurance, emergency evacuation back home, gratuities, spending money, soft drinks or beverages (unless stated otherwise), sleeping bags, towels and personal items (but can be arranged at extra cost), laundry, pre-and post nights, airport transfer ( but can be arranged at extra cost).
